Operation Guide
- Surface preparation: clean the PC or PET substrate to remove oil, dust and contaminants for maximum adhesion.
- Coating: apply the UV transfer adhesive evenly to the film or mold surface.
- Lamination: place and press the substrate onto the coated surface, removing any trapped air.
- UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 1000 mJ/cm² (UV) until fully cured.
- Release: peel the carrier film or mold away from the cured transfer layer.
